Coming home should feel reassuring.

I help you turn discharge information into a clear, practical plan for the first days and weeks at home.

A personal service

Experienced guidance, delivered with warmth.

I’m Alexandra, a Registered General Nurse with more than ten years’ experience supporting older adults, people living with dementia and families managing complex care needs.

Alexandra Care at Home was created to bridge the gap between leaving hospital and feeling settled at home. I offer practical, non-clinical guidance without rushing families or overwhelming them with jargon.

Every visit is centred on the person: their home, routines, priorities and the people around them.
